Private Personal Training or Yoga is where a trainer or yogi comes to your location, brings all the equipment needed and trains you. They will track your progress in the plan that was custom built for you after your assessment. Sessions can range from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours.
If working out in your personal space presents an issue, we do have trainers that have access to private gyms and studios. Such arrangements can often be made for you to train onsite with our local personal trainers as well.
Personalized workouts and/or private yoga acknowledges that everyone is built a little differently, has different strengths and weaknesses and different goals. In this environment you can dial into your specific needs and wants and crank up the volume on getting there faster!
Group, Team & Corporate Training is an excellent way to stay accountable, have fun and grow with your partner, friends, coworkers or teammates! Group training is also ideal if everyone in the group has a similar goal or deadline in mind. For examples, two partners may want to train together for an upcoming event like a wedding day. Or, friends may want to train together to tackle the next Tough Mudder, or maybe your whole basketball team wants to train together to dominate the season!
Corporate personal training falls under this category too. Many companies hire us to come in on a schedule and work with employees in a private or group setting. This heightens company morale, energy levels, focus, posture, lowers stress and is considered a major perk in workplace culture! A win-win all around.

Senior & Youth Fitness are two age based categories that we cater to as well. Seniors and youth both present very different criteria to be knowledgeable about when approaching dieting, nutrition, mobility, injury rehabilitation and strength training. We do work with certified trainers who specialize in these areas as well, so please get in touch. Don't ever let age be an excuse to not be healthier and more active! You'd be amazed at some of the recovery we've been a part of in seniors who thought their issues could not get better.
With children, within reason, it's never too young to teach kids about the importance of staying active and healthy! We find that kids especially enjoy learning why certain movements and activities are good for them.
Accountability Coaching is a service we offer in a variety of situations. For example, sometimes we know what we need to do and how to do it, but we have problems around motivation. This is where an accountability coach can help. Similarly, maybe you've been working with one of our trainers for several months or years and you are ready to leave the nest, but you'd like to maintain the checkups, communication and assessments that you shared with your trainer.
In these examples accountability coaching may be right for you. Our coaches can work with you in person. This session would be like a mini-therapy session that focuses on your health and fitness goals. Or, coaches can work with you remotely through phone calls, email or text messages, providing workout motivation and raising the bar to help you have something new to aim for.
Rehabilitation and physiotherapy is sometimes a crucial part of staying fit. If you've injured yourself and need assistance learning how to stay in shape or maintain your fitness goals while injured our personal trainers will help you work around your injury as much as possible!
