He's a lifelong athlete, Ontario certified trainer and is recognized under the Ontario Boxing Banner as an elite boxing coach. Tony is such a world class trainer that he also teaches other trainers how to be trainers! Don't be intimidated though, he's a also a super friendly guy and is happy to work with you no matter where you are on your fitness journey. Be ready to be held accountable and finally smash through those plateaus and goals with Tony!
Connie is a certified CanFitPro Personal Trainer Specialist, Fitness Instructor Specialist and certified Kettlebell Instructor. She also holds certifications in TRX Suspension Training and has a B.Sc., and M.Sc., from the University of Alberta. She is based in the High Park area in Toronto, but regularly travels to Etobicoke, Mississauga and other areas in the GTA to train individual women, teams and classes.
Connie's story is a powerful one. She was a successful speech-language pathologist who gained weight and suffered depression after her second child. She struggled in gyms alone for a long time without seeing meaningful results. She didn't enjoy working out and was continually frustrated with her lack of results. She forced herself to take a kettlebell class and not quit. Soon after she started to see the results she was after as well as find a social community with whom she could connect. All the areas of her life improved and she loved to exercise. She felt so moved by her transformation that she changed careers to help others like herself.
